COGEA Executive Declaratory Act 8, of Sep-13-2019 - (DOU of Sep-16-2019) - Informs the procedures related to the delivery of digital documents of companies succeeded by successor companies; filing a manifestation of non-compliance/impugnation, in the event of: (i) electronic processes, (ii) no digital or electronic process controlling the contested debt; the requirements of tax liabilities certificates; requests for payment corrections and petition for registration acts in the Corporate Taxpayer Registration (CNPJ), requested by a digital dossier opened via e-CAC.
