Federal Revenue reduces the deadline for joining documents in digital processes
The RFB Normative Instruction 1898/2019, published on July-05-2019, changed the wording of paragraph 3 of article 10 of the RFB Normative Instruction 1782/2018, which deals with the filing of documents in digital format for joining a digital process or digital dossier, within the scope of the Special Secretariat of the Federal Revenue of Brazil (RFB).
The digital service dossier is the administrative procedure that has the purpose of receiving a service request and the documents that instructs it, in order to be analyzed by the competent RFB area.
The deadline in which the digital dossier of open attendance will be available for request of digital documents was reduced from thirty (30) days to 3 days, with the new measure.
Taxpayers should be careful not to miss the deadline to documents to the digital dossier.
