Federal Revenue - Service Dossier Process
COGEA Executive Declaratory Act 7, of Oct-19-2020 - (DOU of Oct-20-2020) - It makes the filing of the Power of Attorney with a notarized signature mandatory, being restricted under a registry by means of the Service Dossier Process (Service Digital Dossier/DDA). The DDA must be formalized on behalf of the grantor, and may also be formalized by the grantee indicated in the power of attorney, and will be excluded within 3 working days if the interested party does not request to join the RFB Power of Attorney.
