FGTS - Individual Operation or per joining in the Payment of FGTS Active Debt

CC/FGTS Resolution 974, Aug-11-2020 – (DOU of Aug-12-2020) - Authorizes the Attorney General's Office of the National Treasury (PGFN) to enter into individual transaction or per joining in the payment of the active debt of the Guarantee Fund for Length of Service (FGTS), pursuant to CC/FGTS Resolution 974/2020, which will be effective as of on Sep-01-2020. Dispute resolution transaction agreements will involve granting of discounts on debts enrolled in the FGTS active debt, individually or by joining, in accordance with the terms of the:

a) Law 13,988/2020;

b) standards issued by the agency for transaction in the recovery of the federal active debt;

c) limits established in CC/FGTS Resolution 974/2020.
