ISS/RJ Municipality: End of extension of tax certificates’ validity term
Published on September 23, Resolution SMFP No. 3261 determines the end of the validity extension of certificates issued by electronic data processing for ISS and fees that were valid on March 18, 2020, and which had their validity term extended under the emergency measures in the tax sphere, due to the coronavirus pandemic.
The validity extension had been established by Article 2 of Decree Rio No. 47.264, of March 17, 2020.
The Resolution enters into force on the date of its publication.
