New deadline for DCTFWeb requirement
The requirement to file the DCTFWeb to the taxpayers of the first phase of eSocial was extended to August/2018, with the publication of the RFB Normative Instruction No. 1819 in the Federal Official Gazette of Jul-30-2018.
Therefore, companies with turnover greater than BRL 78 million in 2016, which are the taxpayers from the first phase of eSocial, should send the DCTF-Web by Sep-15-2018, one month after the legislation.
