New legal framework for the foreign exchange market is approved
Law No. 14,286, of December 12, 2021 (published on the Federal Official Journal on December 30, 2021) addresses the foreign exchange market, the Brazilian capital abroad, the foreign capital in Brazil and the provision of information to the Central Bank of Brazil. It also modifies or revokes various legal norms.
