"We are supporting Observatório Social of Rio de Janeiro as we already know the work performed in other cities, which has been achieving great success in fighting corruption. We believe that the Center may be a differential to increase the transparency of Municipality of Rio de Janeiro in their actions, especially for purchase of materials and services management. Our hope is that this initiative can substantially reduce corruption in our county ", stressed Mr. Domingues.
