Occupational safety and health data must be sent to eSocial as from October
Companies with an income of more than BRL 78 million in 2016 (Group 1) must report occupational safety and health (OSH) information to eSocial as of October 13th. This is the fourth and final phase of the schedule for employers included in this group.
Some of the data that must be presented are: Occupational Accident Reports (Comunicações de Acidente de Trabalho - CAT), occupational risk factors and employee's health monitoring records. More specific reports may also be required, depending on the type of company.
It is recommended that employers seek advice from OSH experts to appropriately meet the obligation.
In this stage, Group 1 members will complete the entire eSocial cycle. After that, they must keep the complete routine of labor and social security information provision required by the platform.
Members of Groups 2 and 3 will only be required to submit OSH data from January 10, 2022. Group 4 reaches this stage on July 11, 2022.
