Presenting the Expression of Noncompliance in the Electronic Procedures at the Federal Revenue

COGEA Executive Declaratory Act 2, of 13/03/2019 - (DOU of Mar-20-2019) - informs the procedures to file digital documents of succeeded companies by successor companies; the reporting of expressions of disagreement/opposition, in the case of: (i) electronic processes, (ii) share responsibility for performance in digital processes, and (iii) lack of digital or electronic process that controls the contested debit; and to the request for a tax compliance certificate requested by digital dossier of service entered via e-CAC, as well as other procedures.
