Provisional Measure No. 955 of 2020 - Term Of Validity

Cn Declaratory Act 113, of Aug-19-2020 – (DOU of Aug-20-2020) – Formally defines that Provisional Measure 955/2020, which revokes Provisional Measure 905/2019 that establishes the Green and Yellow Labor Contract and amends labor legislation, had its term ended on August 17, 2020. It will be up to the National Congress to discipline, by legislative decree, the legal relations arising from MP No. 955/2020. Without editing the legislative decree within sixty days, the legal relations constituted and arising from acts committed during the term of the PM will continue governed by it (Federal Constitution, Article 62).
