Normative Instruction RFB No. 1.953, May 21, 2020 - (DOU of May 22, 2020) - Disciplines the offsetting of debts related to taxes administered by the Special Secretariat of the Federal Revenue of Brazil (RFB) and the financial credits they deal with art. 7 of Law No. 13.969 / 2019, and art. 4º-C of Law nº 11.484 / 2007.
