RJ extended deadline to file DUB for the 1st half of 2017
The filing deadline of "Documento de Utilização de Benefícios Fiscais do ICMS - DUB-ICMS" (Document on Use of ICMS Tax Benefits) related to the 1st half of 2017, which should be until Sep-24-2017, was exceptionally extended through the publication of SEFAZ Resolution 135, Official Gazette of the State of Rio de Janeiro, of Sep-22-2017.
From now on, companies required to file the DUB statement have the deadline until Oct-15-2017.
