SISCOMEX - Qualification Procedures

RFB Normative Instruction 1,893, of 05/14/2019 - (DOU of May 16, 2019) - it amends the RFB Normative Instruction 1603/2015, which establishes procedures for the authorization of importers, exporters and internees of the Manaus Free Zone for operation at the Integrated System of Foreign Trade (Siscomex) and accreditation of its representatives for the performance of activities related to customs clearance. With the change, the authorization of an individual to perform at Siscomex or of the responsible for the legal entity at Siscomex becomes valid for six (6) months.
