SP - ICMS Tax Debt Installment
SFP/PGE Joint Resolution 3, of Aug-13-2019 - (DOE SP, of Aug-14-2019) - Authorizes taxpayers with ICMS tax debts due the taxpayer as a result of tax substitution to apply for installment payment of these amounts by 12/31/2019 and in up to 60 monthly installments, with the addition to the value of interest to each installment, not capitalizable, equivalent to the monthly accumulated Selic plus 1%, for the month in which the installment is paid.
