The deadline to file the ECF for 2019 is extended
The Brazilian Federal Revenue announced the extension of the deadline to submit the Tax Accounting Bookkeeping (ECF), for the calendar year 2019, to September 30, 2020 (the original deadline was July 31, 2020).
The extension was published in the RFB Normative Instruction 1,965, and includes cases of termination, partial spin-off, total spin-off, merger or incorporation, occurred in the period between January and April of the calendar year 2020.
