Use of digital certificate to sign the Digital Register of Acts of the Public Registration of Commercial Companies and Related Activities
DREI Normative Ruling 57, of Mar-26-2019 - (DOU, of Mar-27-2019) - Changes DREI Normative Ruling 52/2018, and the Annexes to DREI Normative Ruling 48/2018, to allow that the documents must be signed with any digital certificate issued by an entity accredited by the Brazilian Public Key Infrastructure - ICP-Brasil, not restricted to type A3 certificates in the process digital.
